Description
Paint Your Parts* is a 4-hour live online workshop blending **Internal Family Systems (IFS)** parts work with **Intentional Creativity®** painting. You’ll be guided step-by-step to meet, listen to, and creatively express different “parts” of yourself through color, shape, and symbolism on canvas. No painting experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore your inner world.
This workshop is for anyone wanting to deepen self-understanding, connect with others in a supportive space, heal through art, and leave with a personal piece that reflects their inner landscape.

About Ronit
I’m a visionary artist and healing arts practitioner with over 25 years of experience supporting people through Chinese Medicine, Somatic Experiencing® (SE), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Since 2018, I’ve been practicing Intentional Creativity® and am currently an Intentional Creativity® Teacher-in-Training. My workshops weave together creative expression with embodied, trauma-informed practices, helping participants connect more deeply with themselves, explore their inner world, and create art that is both personal and meaningful.
Investment
$200 — Includes 4 hours of live guidance, a supportive group process, and a completed painting that’s deeply personal to you.
